I am available for client sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am until 6pm (last session at 5pm). I try to accommodate everyone as much as I can but cannot guarantee your day and time of choice every time.

Prices are £55 for video/telephone and £55 for in person.
Email therapy also available - £35 per 1000 word email exchange.

I have worked and volunteered for an LGBTQ+ charity for over 6 years and have been thoroughly trained in LGBTQ+ inclusion.
I also specialise in Relationship OCD and relationship anxiety.

I try and make my sessions as accessible as possible. I offer as much flexibility in session times as I possibly can. People can bring whatever they want to sessions to make them feel comfortable for example fidget spinners.

No! You can give it a go for a couple of sessions and see if it’s for you – all I ask is for you to let me know how you want to proceed :)

Very relaxed! The first session has no expectations from me – just turn up and tell me your story – we can go from there. There is also the opportunity to ask any questions about the contract.

Yes. All sessions are confidential between myself and you, as my client. There are of course, legal limits to confidentiality should I be summoned by a court of law or I feel there is risk to either yourself or to someone else.

Sessions will still be charged for if cancelled under 24 hours, or if you do not turn up, or if the session can’t go ahead due to lateness. Please note a session cannot go ahead if you are over 15 minutes late. If you are running late, please let me know.

Counselling can be beneficial in so many ways – it offers a safe space to talk about any problems or issues you are facing without judgement and bias. It can develop communication, confidence and self-esteem. Heal and move forward from things that are holding you back.
